R’ Yitzchak Berkovits, who is the Rosh Kollel of the Jerusalem Kollel, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Aish HaTorah, and Rav of Kehillos Minyan Avreichim in Yerushalayim, is recognized world-wide as a prominent posek and ba’al eitzah.
